Dhokla Recipe
Ingredients :
  - 1 Teacup moong dal   - 2 tsp Gram flour
  - 2 Green chilies   - 2 tbsp Chopped cabbage
  - 2 tbsp Chopped carrots   - 2 tsp Fruit salt
  - 1 tbsp Fresh curds   - A pinch asafoetida
  - Salt to taste
 
Cooking Instructions :
  •   - Soak moong dal for two hours and then drain it
  •   - Add little water and green chilies. And then grind the mixture in a mixer
  •   - Add gram flour, asafoetida, curds and salt
  •   - Add fruit salt and then mix properly
  •   - Pour this mixture into thali and sprinkle with chopped cabbage
  •   - Steam for about 5 minutes
  •   - Your Dhokla is now ready
 
Matar Paneer Recipe
Ingredients :
  - 200 gms Paneer   - 1 Onion
  - 1 Cup cooked green peas   - 1 Tomato
  - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder   - 1 tbsp Poppey seeds
  - 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder   - 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  - 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste   - 1 Green chilli
  - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder   - 2 Bay leaves
  - 3-4 Cloves   - 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  - 1 tsp Garam masala powder   - Vegetable oil
  - Salt to taste   - Green coriander leaves
 
Cooking Instructions :
  •   - Heat the vegetable oil in a pan
  •   - Cut the cheese into small sized cubes
  •   - Fry on medium flame until the cheese turns light brown
  •   - Chop the tomato, onions, and green chilli finely adding garlic
  •   - Fry bay leaves along with cloves for about 30 seconds
  •   - Add the above paste and fry on a medium flame until it turns golden brown
  •   - Add poppey seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  •   - Also add garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder and salt
  •   - Mix them well. Now add green peas and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes
  •   - Add sufficient water to make thick gravy. Heat the gravy until it boils
  •   - Add paneer cubes. Stir properly and cook on a medium heat for 5 mins
  •   - Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves
  •   - The Matar Paneer is ready to be served and enjoyed
 
Prawn Tikka Recipe
Ingredients :
  - 300 gms Prawns (cleaned)   - 1 tsp Chilli powder
  - 4 Garlic flakes   - 4 tsp Lemon juice
  - 3 tbsp Sesame seeds   - 1 Bunch coriander leaves
  - Salt to taste   - Oil for frying
 
Cooking Instructions :
  •   - Cut prawns into pieces
  •   - Grind garlic to make a paste
  •   - Make a spot horizontally with a knife in the middle
  •   - Mix lemon juice, salt and garlic paste
  •   - Put this mixture in the middle of the prawn pieces
  •   - Keep prawns for drying
  •   - Grind sesame seeds, chilli powder, and coriander leaves to make a paste
  •   - Put this paste on the prawn pieces
  •   - Fry these prawn pieces till crisp
  •   - Serve hot and enjoy
 
Lemon Whip Recipe
Ingredients :
  - 1 tbsp Lemon juice   - 600 ml Lemon jelly packet
  - 400 ml Water   - Water
Cooking Instructions :
  •   - Dissolve the jelly in 140 ml water
  •   - Stir it in the remaining water and lemon juice
  •   - Add sugar if needed
  •   - When it becomes cool, whisk until a thick froth is formed
  •   - When there is a trail formation in the froth, put it quickly into a glass dish
  •   - Lemon whip is ready to be enjoyed
